Founded in 2022, our Firm aims to facilitate businesses and investors willing to navigate within the maze of legal and regulatory set ups, measures, and compliance obligations in Mauritius. We pool expertise in Legal, IT and Accountancy fields, to provide a one-stop shop, and deliver key services that businesses commonly require, in their quest for sustainable growth. The cohort of consultancy-related services under one roof has the added advantage that the legal professionals within our midst contribute to the continuity of our operations and they may intervene in their own name, to provide advisory services and legal representations.

Our Firm provides tailor-made in-house legal related training courses to corporate bodies in Mauritius. The Information and Technology fields now commonly intersect, and our consultancy Firm ropes in Third Parties to provide IT assistance, with respect to software publishing, implementing technical controls (e.g., encryption, access control) to safeguard personal and sensitive data.
